We want you to love your Aura Glame purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible, you must provide an unboxing video as proof at the time of making your request. Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer. Aura Glame does not charge any restocking fees.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the bank account details you provide. Refunds are typically completed within a few working days, depending on your bank.
